Canceled conference / event can later annulled, without
costs, 2 months before arrival
Canceled conference / event 59-30 days before arrival must be paid 50% of the confirmed events.
Canceled conference / event 29-7 days before arrival, you must pay 75% of the confirmed events.
Canceled conference / event less than 7 days before arrival must pay 100% of confirmed arrangement.
Rooms may be canceled up to 2 months before arrival without charge. After this time the reservation is binding.
Number of participants must be communicated to Hotel Frederiksminde at least 8 days before the event. Small changes may be notified until 24 hours before the event.
